Draft rules
Eligible tokens must trade on Robinhood Chain with verifiable liquidity. Weights follow liquidity tiers, with a cap per name so that one token cannot dominate. Reviews are monthly.
Open questions
How to treat newly launched tokens, how long a token must trade before it is eligible, and how to publish every review so anyone can reproduce it.
