No. Nothing is committed. The focus areas describe the kinds of builders the community wants to hear from once the sleeve opens after launch.
How would a builder be chosen?
A builder posts a public proposal, the community discusses it for a fixed window, and the outcome is recorded on-chain. The exact rules will be published before the first round.
What share of the ecosystem would the sleeve use?
The draft model reserves a small share for venture and keeps a follow-on reserve inside the sleeve. The final number will be decided in public.
Can anyone propose?
That is the intention. Builders on Robinhood Chain working on intelligence infrastructure, tooling or consumer products will be able to submit.
What happens if a backed project fails?
Early-stage projects fail often. Any allocation could go to zero. That risk is the reason the sleeve is small and every decision is public.
